About The Book "Kingdom Invaders"

    About The Book

"KingdomWarriors"

Randy Kennedy has been heard on the Christian airwaves in central Minnesota since 1987.  Kingdom Invaders: Postmodern Threats to Biblical Christianity is his first book.

“I didn’t want to scare anybody with the title, but postmodernism carries with it the idea that there are no absolutes.  This mindset has been having a devastating impact on our modern churches.  We have been forgetting that with God there are absolutes and his truths never change.”

Randy started writing the book when he found himself in a state of deepening depression.

“It’s disappointing when non-Christians do not follow the precepts in the Bible, but that’s to be expected.  However, when I saw self-professed believers in Jesus increasingly questioning or ignoring the clear, unambiguous foundations of the faith, discouragement really set in.”

That’s when Randy felt God’s prompting to write Kingdom Invaders.  The book includes discussion on the authority of the Bible, the existence of hell and Satan, the responsibility to pursue holiness, God’s design for marriage and sexuality, and a comparative analysis of other religions to show they are not compatible with Christianity.

Randy says: “These have become controversial topics in the church today, but at one time they were not controversial at all.  I know I can’t change the minds of everybody.  I’m just praying that my book will be thought provoking enough to convince many to recommit their lives to biblical Christianity, and maybe draw some people to the faith for the first time.”

"It's quite likely that nobody will agree with everything in this book." That honest review comes from none other than the author himself.

In Kingdom Warriors: Victorious Through Radical Devotion to God Randy makes the bold assertion that an ever increasing level of permissiveness in the twenty-first century Church is playing a significant role in the moral free-fall evident in the culture today. Our salt has lost its flavor and our light has dimmed.

This second book in his Kingdom series takes an in-depth look at some of the questionable beliefs and behaviors that are being readily accepted, and even embraced, by a vast number of Christians today. Believers will be challenged to pursue a greater holiness in all things, bringing ongoing victories to the Kingdom as they radically devote their lives to God.
